Apple create iTunes to not include features that would let you copy music from your iPod to another computer.

They did this to ease music industry concerns about copyright infringement and unauthorized sharing of music via the iPod.

But, if we buy a new computer, the easiest and fastest way to transfer your iTunes library to the new machine is to copy your iPod library.

Also, you might want a backup of your iPod library in case your computer's hard drive is damaged. How to resolve this trouble?A third party software is needed. Finally I got it--iCoolsoft iPod transfer

It is nearly perfect. If you own an iPod I strongly suggest you try this program.

It can not only transfer video, audio and photo files from computer to iPod, but also copy iPod videos, songs, pictures back to PC. This iPod Transfer supports all iPod models and other Apple devices. And video/audio converting functions are also provided.

This Transfer enables you to copy video, audio, image files from iPod to computer, so that you can use it to easily backup your iPod movies and songs.

How to Transfer Music from Computer to iPod?

Step 1:

Free download iCoolsoft iPod Transfer and install it in your computer. Launch it after the installation. Connect your iPod to your computer via USB cable.

tep 2:

Select "Music" in the left list, then click "PC to iPod" to open the convert and import window. Click "Add File" or "Load DVD" button to add the files you want to import.

Step 3:

Select Audio track and subtitle. Set the output parameters, including Video Encoder, Video Resolution, Video Frame Rate, Video Bitrate, Audio Encoder, Audio Sample Rate, Audio Channels, and Audio Bitrate, by clicking button "Settings".

You can skip this step if you have no special needs.

Step 4:

If the added files are compatible with your iPod, you can directly click "Import" button to import those files.

If the added files are not compatible with your iPod, you need to convert them to proper format first. Select the output format from the drop-down list of "Profile". Check "Convert files before importing", then click "Import" button. The conversion will be finished within a short while and the converted files will be imported to your iPod automatically.
