New Spam controls coming soon

I'll be doing better Captchas soon for these spam accounts and start banning entire domains for registering.

Will there be thread deletion too? Would certainly clean up stuff a lot.

It is also easier for me to delete all posts and ban someone now.

I need to now add ban lists for email addresses. The feature is there, I just need to remember where to put everything, ha.

Need a list of spambots that you could add to your .htaccess file to ban them? I can provide such a list.

May I also suggest adding support for stopforumspam.com? That would check all registrants IP addresses against a known database of spammers and would block their registration here. An API key is free. ;)

It's not bots...

It's actual people registering and posting stuff.

I've banned the email domains they are registering with. The spam should subside for a bit.
